Meaghan Griffith, Manager, Business Systems Analyst

1. How would you describe your role and responsibilities at 4G Clinical to someone who is not familiar with your work?

Clinical trials are constantly evolving and require varying complex solutions. At 4G Clinical, we help deliver a customizable user interface that study teams can easily maneuver to manage their randomization and trial supply needs. My role at 4G Clinical is within the Business Systems Analysts team. We work closely with the rest of the delivery team to design and implement the Interactive Response Technology system based on the client-specific study requirements. We also design and implement the various technology integrations required for participating vendor

2. What do you enjoy most about your job at 4G Clinical?

At 4G Clinical, we have the opportunity to work with innovative technologies while also participating in the advancement of clinical trials. Those two things have proven to be crucial areas of societal focus with the evolution of the disease and our continuous need to adapt. It has been a rewarding experience to participate in the creation of solutions that help improve treatment for things such as Covid-19, cancer, diabetes, and numerous other illnesses that affect us all in our daily lives.

3. What do you love most about the culture at 4G Clinical that makes it a great place to work?

The culture at 4G clinical is driven by collaboration and innovation. The purpose-driven focus of each individual working here increases our motivation to constantly improve our product and meet the needs of our clients. We all work closely together to discuss potential areas of improvement and how we can come together to most efficiently provide solutions. We take immense pride in our work and are always inspired to keep advancing.

4. What advice would you offer to someone who is considering applying for a job at 4G Clinical?

Everyone at 4G Clinical is welcoming to questions and suggestions, so you always feel supported and nurtured. Our leadership team is focused on fostering growth in everyone, and ensuring we have the tools we need to succeed.
