1. How would you describe your role and responsibilities at 4G Clinical to someone who is not familiar with your work?

My role at 4G Clinical is within the 'Amendments' team, a sub-team within delivery focusing on keeping up the twist and turns of live clinical trials. As trials progress their needs and requirements evolve, for example, the introduction of a new drug, new dose levels, and new visits, which all require the IRT to be updated to allow the study team to run the trial as outlined in the Protocol. Once the client requests an update to the IRT, it requires someone like me to manage and implement the updates ensuring that they are in line with the protocol and the client's requirements. Protocol amendments go through the same rigorous validation and due diligence as new study builds to ensure 4G's high-quality standards are upheld.

2. What do you enjoy most about your job at 4G Clinical?

4G Clinical is an inspiring place to work, not only because what we do makes a massive difference to human life but also because the technology and innovations that are employed are cutting-edge. No two projects are the same. Every project has its own set of challenges and rewards that make the job stimulating but also highlight the importance of what we do. Knowing that the clinical trial I am supporting may one day help another life motivates me to wake up in the morning and give my all. I am immensely proud to work at 4G.

3. What do you love most about the culture at 4G Clinical that makes it a great place to work?

4G Clinical is a company that truly cares and respects its employees. The culture is shaped and driven by the employees resulting in employee camaraderie and appreciation. A phrase that is often spoken by the CEO on company calls is 'be kind' and this notion is echoed throughout the company. 4G Clinical is a family with each and every employee always on hand to offer a little expertise to assist with a project or a should lean on to help brighten the day.

4. What advice would you offer to someone who is considering applying for a job at 4G Clinical?

If you are after a company that nurtures its employees, challenges them to bring out their skills and talent, and offers job satisfaction and fulfillment, 4G is the place to be. Whatever the department or team, managers are driven and strong leaders, team members are supportive and knowledgeable and everyone is friendly and approachable.
