1. How would you describe your role and responsibilities at 4G Clinical to someone who is not familiar with your work?
My role at 4G (Support Services Manager) is to help my team support our clients every day. Our team is supporting 90 live studies and we need to make sure that studies run smoothly. We collaborate, help and advise our clients to run those clinical trials from an IRT perspective sufficiently. I also try to help my team members to grow and develop in their career paths.
2. What do you enjoy most about your job at 4G Clinical?
The flexibility that the company offers, the trust in people, and the atmosphere.
3. What do you love most about the culture at 4G Clinical that makes it a great place to work?
4G culture is unique, people are friendly, funny, helpful, respectful, and hard-working.
4. What advice would you offer to someone who is considering applying for a job at 4G Clinical?
4G is a great place to work in because of the people, atmosphere, and endless opportunities to learn and develop.
