4G Clinical Supports CISCRP's Debunking Common Myths Campaign through an Educational Video Series

4G Clinical Supports CISCRP's Debunking Common Myths Campaign through an Educational Video Series

We’re excited to announce that 4G Clinical is supporting CISCRP's (Center for Information & Study on Clinical Research Participation) Debunking Common Myths campaign through a series of educational videos.

CISCRP is a leading organization dedicated to educating and engaging the public, patients, medical/research communities, the media and policymakers, about the clinical research process specifically the risks, benefits and rights of participants. Among the many educational initiatives they offer is their library of free tools — books, videos, and brochures covering a wide range of topics for research participants.

According to the CISCRP 2017 Perceptions & Insights Study, people who are more informed about clinical research generally express more positive views towards the enterprise and want to be aware of clinical studies being conducted in their own communities.

This educational video series aims to inform the public and help ensure patients are best equipped to make decisions affecting their health. Featuring patient, site, sponsor and industry stakeholder perspectives, the Debunking Myths episodes cover the top concerns influencing the public's decision to participate.

The video series has just been published. You can view all four videos here.

Follow us on Facebook, LinkedIn or Twitter to see the clips as they are featured. We encourage you to add to the discussion by posting a myth on your favorite social media platform, tagging @4GClinical and using #TrialTruths for the chance to have it debunked on the 4G Clinical blog.
