Customer Support Associate
Nick Kotlar is a Customer Support Associate at 4G Clinical. His passion for helping people and technology brought him to 4G. He is a well-rounded professional with experience in hospitality management, business management, and IT.
Altogether he brings over 10 years of experience in customer service. Most recently, Nick worked at Harvard Medical School where he was the first point of contact for faculty and students in navigating the virtual platform for first year medical courses.
He holds a BS in Hospitality Management with a minor in Business from The Ohio State University and an MBA from Franklin University. In his free time, Nick likes to get outdoors, volunteer in the community, explore new places, and spend time with family and friends.
