DAVID KELLEHER
Founder, CEO
David Kelleher is CEO and co-founder of 4G Clinical. He co-founded 4G Clinical to help accelerate the commercialization of vital medicines through technology, operational discipline, and deep clinical trial expertise. Previously, David was principal and co-founder of ACME Business Consulting, a management, operations, project, and strategy consulting firm acquired by North Highland in 2015. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Duke University, is a former US Army Ranger, and currently serves on the Advisory Board of the Duke University Innovation & Entrepreneurship Initiative.
ROB CAMPANELLA
CTO
Rob Campanella is CTO at 4G Clinical and has more than two decades of experience leading technology strategy, system implementation, and integration work across complex environments, including the biotech industry. At 4G Clinical, Rob guides the technology architecture that supports reliable, secure, and scalable clinical trial execution. Prior to joining 4G Clinical, he served at MIT as both a technical architect and IT manager for the Identity & Access Management team. He is a Certified Scrum Master and Product Owner, with a BA in Economics from Duke University and an MBA from Babson College.
ANNE HINKLE
CFO
Anne Hinkle, 4G Clinical CFO, has 15 years of experience in accounting, finance, and business operations across numerous industries. Anne has a proven track record of leading organizations through periods of high growth and has led two companies through acquisitions. Prior to joining 4G Clinical, Anne served as Director of Finance at Skyward IO Inc., acquired by Verizon in 2017. Prior to Skyward IO, Inc., Anne held finance and accounting leadership roles at ACME Business Consulting (acquired by North Highland in 2015) and Calbag Metals Company. Anne has a B.A. in Accounting from Portland State University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) registered in Oregon.
SUZANNE WOOTTEN
SVP, Operations
Suzanne Wootten is SVP, Operations at 4G Clinical. She has more than 15 years of program, project, and change management experience across supply chain, operations, global SaaS implementation, ERP solutions, Lean leadership, and continuous improvement. A highly effective facilitator, communicator, and project manager, Suzanne leads operational teams focused on consistent delivery, scalable processes, and high-quality client support across the study lifecycle. She holds a biology degree from George Mason University and is passionate about teaching others and being part of their success.
LAURA ARAUJO
SVP, Quality and Regulatory
Laura Araujo is SVP, Quality and Regulatory at 4G Clinical. She has more than 30 years of experience across quality assurance, technology, software development, software auditing, and technology management, including 25 years in or related to the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to joining 4G Clinical, Laura was president and owner of Ojuara, LLC, an independent consulting firm serving healthcare, pharmaceutical, and technology development companies. Her leadership supports 4G Clinical’s focus on quality, compliance, and controlled innovation in regulated clinical trial technology.
BOB TROELLER
SVP, Global Business Development
Bob Troeller is SVP, Global Business Development at 4G Clinical. He has more than 26 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including more than 17 years in eClinical technology. Bob focuses on building long-term, sustainable partnerships grounded in trust, shared success, and the urgency of bringing life-changing medicines to market. He is passionate about helping others reach their potential while leading by example. Bob is a graduate of Rutgers University with a BA in Economics and minors in Chemistry and Biology.
PATRICK CHOKRON
VP, Engineering
Patrick Chokron is VP, Engineering at 4G Clinical. He has more than 14 years of experience in the clinical research industry, with management and technical expertise across CTMS, medical imaging and interpretation systems, Electronic Data Capture, and statistical analysis systems. At 4G Clinical, Patrick leads engineering teams focused on developing reliable, scalable technology for complex clinical trials. Earlier in his career, he worked as a software engineer and consultant developing process and information management software. Patrick earned his bachelor’s degree in computer science from McGill University in Montreal.
KATHLEEN GREENOUGH
VP, Biotech Customer Operations
Kathleen Greenough, Vice President of Biotech Customer Operations at 4G Clinical, has decades of experience in life sciences spanning clinical operations, finance, and IT. Her wide range of solutions implementation expertise includes RTSM, CTMS, trial costing tools, OLAP financial suites, and patient enrollment planning. Kathleen has also spent many years as a clinical financial planner and analyst at a major biotech in Cambridge, MA, gaining a broad and deep understanding of the challenges inherent in clinical development. Specializing in software adoption and a frequent speaker at industry conferences, Kathleen is most in her element when working within a user community to facilitate solutions that are insightful and truly helpful.

VP, Enterprise Customer Operations
Carla Reis is VP, Enterprise Customer Operations at 4G Clinical. She has more than 20 years of experience leading RTSM operations, including developing and implementing systems within a global pharmaceutical company. Carla brings deep expertise in enterprise operations, vendor management standards, process improvement, integrations, and complex clinical supply strategies. She has presented at industry conferences on best practices for RTSM solutions in supply chain management and holds degrees in neurobiology, physiology, and health administration, with a concentration in health informatics.
JENNA FLOWER
VP, CRO and Biopharma Operations
Jenna Flower, Vice President of CRO and Biopharma Operations at 4G Clinical, has 15+ years of experience as an operational and business leader. Jenna has helped companies in life sciences, financial services, and the public sector with organization building, project management, process definition, and continuous improvement. She has led teams implementing and supporting RTSM, establishing quality delivery processes while enabling exceptional customer service. Jenna holds a BA in Business from New York University.

Michael Marlatt, Vice President of People at 4G Clinical, has 25 years of broad industry experience, with a focus on talent acquisition, people strategy, talent development, and culture change, viewing the People function as crucial for organizational growth. He applies design thinking, data, and user experience principles to build connected people ecosystems. Before joining 4G Clinical, Michael held critical roles at global firms like Amazon, Capgemini, Deloitte, EY, and Microsoft, where he helped scale organizations and attract top talent. Michael is passionate about aligning people strategies with business goals and creating solutions that empower teams and strengthen company culture.
LIBBI RICKENBACHER
VP, Marketing & Partnerships
Libbi Rickenbacher, Vice President of Marketing and Partnerships at 4G Clinical, brings extensive industry experience across clinical research, commercial strategy, brand leadership, and partnership development. She leads global marketing and strategic partnership initiatives with a focus on positioning 4G Clinical for growth, strengthening market presence, and building meaningful industry collaboration. At 4G Clinical, Libbi is responsible for shaping brand strategy, advancing thought leadership, driving go-to-market execution, and developing partnerships that support innovation across the clinical trial ecosystem. Libbi holds a BA in psychology and neuroscience and a PhD in neuroscience.

Loek Daams, General Counsel at 4G Clinical, is a skilled legal leader with over 15 years of experience at leading retail, tech, and health corporations. Before becoming an in-house lawyer, he worked as an attorney at a top-tier law firm in the Netherlands. Loek's primary goal is to provide a clear legal strategy that supports and enables the company's mission: bringing crucial medicines to those who need them faster.
ED TOURTELLOTTE
Founder, Board Director
Ed Tourtellotte is a founder and Board Director at 4G Clinical and the founder of Tourtellotte Solutions, a clinical trials consulting and technology company acquired by Bioclinica. Ed designed and built the world’s first configurable IRT in 2000 and also designed the clinical trial supply simulator tcVisualize, as well as Trident IWR. He has a strong record of building talented teams and is a frequent speaker at clinical technology conferences. Ed holds a BA in Economics from Duke University.
