A natural leader and take-charge person, she spent 12 years as Co-Owner and Business Manager at a production and labor company where her responsibilities included hiring and overseeing staff, human resources management, contract administration, payroll, purchasing, vendor management, client services management, accounts payable and receivable, scheduling, benefits management, and insurance management. She has also worked in the health care industry, management consulting, radio, and sports management industries.
