Daniel Wallace, 4G Clinical Junior Support Analyst, holds a B.S.B.A. in Management Information Systems from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He has three years of experience supporting the IT needs of one of the Carolinas’ largest business schools. In total, he has over five years of customer service experience in the retail and information technology fields. Daniel enjoys solving problems and is excited to be part of a fast growing and dedicated team.
