DAVID KELLEHER

Founder, CEO

David Kelleher is CEO and co-founder of 4G Clinical, a venture-backed Randomization and Trial Supply Management (RTSM) company serving the global pharmaceutical market. Kelleher co-founded 4G to accelerate the commercialization of vital medications. 4G Clinical has been named one of Fast Company’s Best Workplaces for Innovators as well as one of the Best Small & Medium Workplaces and Best Workplaces in Healthcare by Great Place to Work® and FORTUNE. Kelleher was also recognized along with his co-founder, 4G Clinical’s CTO Ed Tourtellotte, as EY’s Entrepreneur of the Year® Award finalist in New England.

Previously, David was principal and co-founder of ACME Business Consulting, a management, operations, project and strategy consulting firm headquartered in Portland, Oregon with offices in Seattle and San Diego. Prior to ACME being acquired by North Highland in 2015, the firm was named to the Portland Business Journal’s list of “Fastest-Growing Private 100 Companies” for 8 of the previous 9 years.

Kelleher earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Duke University and is a former US Army Ranger.  Diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 1996 while serving in the 82nd Airborne Division in Vicenza, Italy, Kelleher is active in finding a cure for the disease. He served on the board of the Oregon Chapter of the National MS Society from 2005–2013 including a two-year stint as the board chair as well as multiple national roles. David currently serves on the Advisory Board of the Duke University Innovation & Entrepreneurship Initiative.

Ed Tourtellotte, 4G Clinical CTO was the founder of Tourtellotte Solutions, a clinical trials consulting and technology company (acquired by Bioclinica). Ed designed and built the world’s first configurable IRT in 2000, and also designed the clinical trial supply simulator tcVisualize as well as Trident IWR. Ed has a knack for discovering, attracting and retaining incredibly talented teams, and is a frequent speaker at clinical technology conferences. Ed has a BA in Economics from Duke University.

Scott Glenn, Chief People Officer at 4G Clinical, has more than 25 years of global experience partnering with executives and senior leadership teams on global talent acquisition, retention, and development of strategies that drive business objectives. He designs and develops programs that produce measurable results at all levels and across new business lines, growth strategies, and durable initiatives. Scott is recognized for exceptional communication skills, being an influencer and problem-solver who combines business acumen with people engagement to produce positive outcomes.

ANNE HINKLE

CFO

Anne Hinkle, 4G Clinical CFO has 15 years of experience in accounting, finance and business operations across numerous industries. Anne has a proven track record of leading organizations through periods of high growth and has led two companies through acquisitions. Prior to joining 4G Clinical, Anne served as Director of Finance at Skyward IO Inc., acquired by Verizon in 2017. Prior to Skyward IO, Inc., Anne held finance and accounting leadership roles at ACME Business Consulting (acquired by North Highland in 2015) and Calbag Metals Company. Anne has a B.A. in Accounting from Portland State University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) registered in Oregon.

PHILIPPE NORE

CCO

Philippe Nore, 4G Clinical Chief Commercial Officer, has over 25 years of experience in the life sciences industry, holding leadership roles in some of the largest biotechnology companies, including Roche and Life Technologies. Most recently, he was Vice President MRD Pharma at Adaptive Biotechnologies, leading the company’s Minimal Residual Disease collaborations, which included 60 Pharma partners and more than 150 active clinical trials. Philippe also brings entrepreneurial success and grit to the 4G Clinical team as the former Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of MiNDERA Health, a MedTech company developing next-generation skin diagnostics and analytics.

Philippe comes to 4G Clinical with a very strong business strategy background having spent several years at Bain & Company and LEK Consulting where he supported clients in the Life Sciences and Technology industries. He has a passion for bringing new technologies to market and accelerating the clinical development of innovative therapeutics and diagnostics.  Philippe holds a MSc. in chemistry from ESPCI (Paris) and an MBA from the Wharton School.

Loek Daams, General Counsel at 4G Clinical, is a skilled legal leader with over 10+ years of experience at leading retail, tech and health corporates. Before becoming an inhouse lawyer, he worked as an attorney at a top-tier law firm in the Netherlands. Loek's primary goal is to provide a clear legal strategy that supports and enables the company's mission: bringing crucial medicines to those who need them faster.

BOB TROELLER

SVP, Global Business Development

Bob Troeller, 4G Clinical SVP of Global Business Development, has over 26+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical arena, having spent the last 17+ years in the eClinical space. Bob believes in building long-lasting sustainable partnerships through trust and shared success and understands how vital it is to get these life-changing medications and products to the market. He is truly passionate and determined to help others reach their potential while leading by example. Bob is a graduate of Rutgers University with a BA in Economics and minors in Chemistry and Biology.

LAURA ARAUJO

SVP, Quality

Laura Araujo has over 30 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Technology, holding various positions in Software Development, Quality Assurance, Software Auditing, and Technology Management. She has had positions in, or related to, the pharmaceutical industry for 25 years. Prior to joining 4G Clinical, for 10 years, Ms. Araujo was the President and owner of Ojuara, LLC, an independent consulting firm servicing the health care and pharmaceutical industries, as well as, technology development companies.

ROB CAMPANELLA

SVP, Technology & Engineering

Rob Campanella, Senior Vice President of Technology & Engineering at 4G Clinical, has over 2 decades of experience in IT. He spent most of that time focused on system implementations and integrations as a consultant primarily involved in the biotech industry. He comes to us most recently from MIT, where he served as both a Technical Architect and an IT Manager for the Identity & Access Management team. Rob loves technology in general but believes the best technological solutions can only be identified by those who completely understand the business side and the use cases that need to be addressed. Rob is a Certified Scrum Master and Product Owner. He has a BA in Economics from Duke University and a MBA from Babson College.

PATRICK CHOKRON

VP, Technical Services

Patrick Chokron is VP, Technology Services for 4G Clinical. Patrick has over 14 years of experience in the clinical research industry where he has held management and technical positions, responsible for architecting and developing Clinical Trial Management Information Systems (CTMS), medical imaging and interpretation systems, Electronic Data Capture (EDC) and statistical analysis systems. During that time, he participated in the management, design, compliance, analysis and submission of numerous Phase II and pivotal Phase III clinical trials.Prior to his work in the clinical research industry, Patrick served as a Software Engineer and consultant developing process and information management software. Patrick earned his Bachelor's degree in computer science from McGill University in Montreal.

KATHLEEN GREENOUGH

VP, Biotech Customer Operations

Kathleen Greenough, Vice President of Biotech Customer Operations at 4G Clinical, has decades of experience in life sciences spanning Clinical Operations, Finance, and IT. Her wide range of solutions implementation expertise includes RTSM, CTMS, trial costing tools, OLAP financial suites and patient enrollment planning. Kathleen has also spent many years as a Clinical Financial Planner and Analyst at a major biotech in Cambridge, MA, gaining a broad and deep understanding of the challenges inherent in Clinical Development. Specializing in software adoption and a frequent speaker at industry conferences, Kathleen is most in her element when working within a user community to facilitate solutions that are insightful and truly helpful.

CARLA REIS

VP, Enterprise Customer Operations

Carla Reis, Vice President of Enterprise Customer Operations, at 4G Clinical, has 20+ years of experience as an operational leader in developing and implementing RTSM systems in a global pharmaceutical company. Carla was a leader in her organization in establishing vendor management standards and processes. She has helped lead major RTSM process improvement initiatives where she established new and innovative approaches to drug assignment verification and vendor integrations. Carla has presented at industry conferences as a subject matter expert on best practices using RTSM solutions for complex strategies in supply chain management. Carla holds a BS in Neurobiology and Physiology from the University of Connecticut and certification as Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt. Carla also holds a Master in Science in Health Administration with a concentration in Health Informatics from Saint Joseph's University.

SUZANNE WOOTTEN

SVP, Operations

Suzanne Wootten, VP, Customer Experience & Advancing Initiatives at 4G Clinical, has over 15 years of program, project and change management spanning many industries, with a focus on Supply Chain and Operations initiatives. Suzanne brings strength and depth in operations and process improvement, with multiple years of Lean and Continuous Improvement leadership. She is a highly effective facilitator, communicator, and project manager, implementing global SaaS and ERP solutions for Fortune 100 companies. Suzanne has a Biology degree from George Mason University. Suzanne is happiest teaching others and being a part of their success.

PIRMIN FROEHLICHER

Senior Director, Product

Pirmin Froehlicher, Senior Director of Product and Country Director-Switzerland, at 4G Clinical, has 6 years of experience in clinical supply and extensive knowledge in clinical supply forecasting and optimization using CT-Fast and SAP. Pirmin has sound knowledge of RTSM technologies and lead part of a RTSM-SAP integration at a major pharmaceutical company in Switzerland. He believes that, no matter how much you know, there is always more to learn - and it's great to learn from each other. Pirmin holds a BS in Industrial Engineering and a certification as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. He's passionate about processes as well as systems that are efficient, user friendly, and make sense.
