Our approach enables seamless integration with other clinical systems such as EDC, CTMS, and central labs. 4G Clinical has established many standard integrations that are quick to set up and easy to maintain.

Utilize multiple file types and data transfer approaches.

Prancer RTSM® supports both inbound and outbound integrations. Inherent flexibility within the product allows you to decide what triggers the data transfer, what data is extracted as well as how it is being transformed and loaded.

Go-live with integrations and RTSM in parallel.

Our goal is to deliver Prancer RTSM® and integrations simultaneously. In cases where the RTSM must be delivered first, we can securely hold data that would have been transferred and easily send it when the integration is complete.

Our integrations product is a separate microservice. If a new non-standard integration requires a product update, the integrations microservice can be released without changing the core Prancer RTSM® product.

    Map the Patient Journey

    This report shows the entire patient journey throughout a trial including what visits they’ve completed, what visits are upcoming, what kits they've been assigned, and what notifications have been emailed to the study team.

    Sites and PIs use this report to get up-to-the-minute information in one central location.

  • Inventory

    Real-time Inventory Status

    This report allows supply managers to quickly see how much stock they have of each kit type and where that stock is located to help inform whether or not more IP needs to be manufactured or shipped from one location to another.

    The pivot table format enables users to manipulate data so you can hone in on specific kit types, kit statuses, or locations.

  • Patient Status

    Actual vs. Projected Enrollment

    This report enables users to see how many patients you have discontinued, randomized, screened, unblinded, etc. Users can explore the pivot table to filter by location, enrollment group, or by cohort to get a more comprehensive idea of how enrollment is progressing.

  • Drug Accountability

    Accountability and Destruction

    After accountability is performed, the site can run this report to see the complete kit history per patient. When downloaded as a PDF, this report includes a footer for signatures, allowing sites to use the printed report as their paper log and eliminate duplicate effort.
