Client Services Lead
Mark Jenkins, Client Service Lead at 4G Clinical, has over 15 years of experience in Clinical Research specializing in Interactive Response Technology (IRT). Mark initially started out within the technical realm of IRT, programming and managing the technical development of clinical trials, before moving over to client services and project management. This background has given him a great understanding of what it takes to efficiently work with clients to develop systems that will work first time and within real world constraints. Mark is a graduate of Aberystwyth University and holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science.
