Responsibilities:

The Office Administrator is responsible for the following:

  • Provide support to the Operations and Human Resources Manager
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Provide administrative support for the Leadership Team, including scheduling meetings and assisting with travel arrangements
  • Assist in planning and execution of customer, corporate and team meetings
  • Answer phones and greet visitors
  • Assist other departments and managers where needed

Required Experience:


The position requires a minimum of two (2) years’ experience as an administrative assistant.  Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, be able to multi-task and prioritize work, have a strong attention to detail, and complete administrative tasks with minimal supervision.  Human Resources administration experience is a plus.


Education and/or Certification Requirements

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.  Equivalent experience in a business setting of five or more years will also be considered. 

Other Skills/Requirements

Familiarity with Microsoft Office is a must.  Familiarity with Google applications is desired, but not required.
