4G Clinical, a cutting-edge Randomization and Trial Supply Management company, has an opening for a Marketing Manager in our Wellesley, Massachusetts office. The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns of the company, including content development, inbound marketing tactics, SEO, paid search, lead nurturing and analytics. The ideal Marketing Manager is both analytical and creative, with B2B experience. 

The primary responsibilities of the Marketing Manager include, but are not limited to:

  • Build and manage a rich content and editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, white papers, webinars, infographics)
  • Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers). 
  • Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content and social channels. 
  • Manage demand generation campaigns including paid search (Google Ad Words), retargeting, account-based content campaigns, sponsored content and webinars. 
  • Assist in all facets of content marketing including: writing, working with vendor partners and execution
  • Assist in development of product collateral, such as white papers, blogs and sales tools 
  • Develop metrics and KPIs for determining ROI for all marketing activities 
  • Track leads through marketing funnel as they convert to sales opportunities; Influence new campaigns based on trends/analysis. 
 

Additional responsibilities:

  • Ensure brand consistency, tone and voice with all communications
  • Update website as necessary (blog posts, events, press releases, staff additions) and optimize pages for SEO
  • Follow SEO trends and stay up-to-date with new tools and practices
  • Assist in event management as needed
  • Assist in the design and creation of customer-facing materials 
  • Travel ranges between 10-20%

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • 3-5 years of marketing experience in B2B, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience with Google Ad Words or other paid search platforms
  • Database marketing/segmentation
  • Inbound marketing campaign management, ideally through HubSpot
  • Copywriting experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Analytical skills to track and measure performance
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage concurrent projects
  • Passion, drive and creativity is a must 

The candidate must also possess a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Marketing, or possess equivalent experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
