Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for executing strategic events for the company as well as externally facing materials and content, as needed. The ideal Marketing Coordinator is detail-oriented, analytical and creative – with B2B experience.


Event Marketing:

  • Support Sr. Director of Marketing in driving 4G Clinical’s events strategy
  • Manage conference calendar and all logistics as needed including booth logistics, promotional items, marketing collateral, registrations, on-site ordering (AV, etc.), slide loops.
  • Develop abstracts for speaking positions and assist in development and refinement of presentation materials
  • Ensure all pre-, during and post-event co-event marketing and branding is executed per event contract
  • Create social media strategy around events and work with S/R to create images
  • Negotiate contracts with conference organizers for maximum exposure for the investment
  • Develop PPC campaign around key selected events
  • Develop and execute post-event nurture campaigns
  • Recruit speakers and refine agenda for RTSM Insights event, per GEO
  • Contract with hotel and manage all event-related logistics (RTSM Insights)

Customer Advisory Groups

  • Assist Sr. Director of Marketing with venue selection and contracting for CAGs
  • Assist Sr. Director of Marketing with slide decks and materials
  • Develop nurture campaigns for attendees
  • Source gifts for customers

Sales Enablement

  • Assist in responses to RFIs, RFPs and questionnaires
  • Assist in Proposal development and refinement

Additional Responsibilities

  • Maintain up to date versions of capability decks and other marketing collateral
  • Compile and create all 4G Newsletters: Internal, customer and subscriber
  • Update team page on website with new hires
  • Create and order business cards for new hires
  • Assist in creation and consistency of external facing collateral as needed
  • Assist in content creation: blogs, white papers, infographics
  • Travel ranges between 10-20%

 Ideal Candidates Possess:

  • 3 years of marketing experience in B2B, preferably in the pharmaceutical and/or software industry
  • Events marketing/management experience
  • Experience with Google Ad Words or other paid search platforms
  • Copywriting experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Analytical skills to track and measure performance
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage concurrent projects
  • Passion, drive and creativity are essential

Education and/or Certification Requirements:
The candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Marketing, or possess equivalent experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
